In the event any eligible winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, a parent or legal guardian must sign all documentation necessary to claim a prize.

9. Odds of winning: Odds of winning the Prize in each individual Contest depend on the number and timing of TAPS submitted with the winner being determined as the one (1) individual who achieves the Goal for that Contest by successfully submitting the “nth” TAP representing the Goal listed for that Contest.

10. Prize: The Prize in each Contest will be listed as a separate and distinct Contest within the program and will include a listing of the approximate retail value of the Prize and any restrictions, limitations or other Prize-specific terms. Each Contest has only one (1) Prize except as otherwise noted in the Prize-specific terms. Prizes may be third-party goods or services or goods or services sponsored by particular companies.
